Where is my receipt?

Every gift produces a numbered receipt, emailed to the address you gave. Online gifts receipt themselves as soon as the payment clears. A check is receipted once it arrives and is banked, so that one takes longer.

It has not arrived.

Check spam first. If it is not there after a few days, contact the organization and they can send it again. Nothing is lost: every receipt is kept on file.

The name or amount is wrong.

Ask them to correct it. A receipt is never edited, because it is a tax document. Instead the wrong one is voided and a corrected one is issued, and you will receive the new one.
