What we collect, and why
When you give, we keep your name, your email address, and the record of your gift. We need those to thank you, to send your tax receipt, and to keep honest books. If you ask us to remind you about giving later, we keep your email for that one reminder. That is the whole list.
What we never collect
We never see or store card, bank, or wallet details; payments happen entirely on the payment processor's secure pages. No form of ours anywhere collects health information. We do not open accounts for anyone under 18, and we do not accept email signups from anyone under 18.
We email you when there is something of yours to deliver: a receipt, a sign in link you requested, a reminder you asked for. If you tell us to stop, we stop; suppression applies to everything we send.
Your data, your call
Write to drn_alawode@myhealthmylife.org to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Gift records tied to tax receipts are kept as long as tax law requires; everything else goes when you say so.
Who we share with
Nobody, outside the services that make this work: our payment processor confirms gifts, and our email service delivers the messages above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
